Our localization service provides a perfect solution for localizing your existing website into Vietnamese. We can handle all aspects from start to finish: translations, layouts, and re-embedding Vietnamese language back into your code, plus localizing specific sections of your site or updating the entire site during the year.

Upon request, we will also register local domain name for you and submit your website in major Vietnamese business directories. We deliver all pages with country-specific meta tags for submiting in many international search engines, such as Yahoo!, Google, AltaVista, etc.

We translate as well as adjust forms and database files. Texts in bitmaps are translated and placed into the existing graphics. The pictures in Macromedia Flash animations are changed to adapt with Vietnamese culture upon request. We also prepare web pages for transfer to your server and update the content if necessary.

To estimate time and cost, we may need to obtain from your website designer files of your website - text and code. This can be saved to a specific location for our electronic downloading and analysis.

Interpretation and Voice-over

We provide consecutive, simultaneous, voice-over, and phone-interpretation. Consecutive interpretation is quite exact, but it requires double the time anticipated to allow both languages to be presented. In a larger group, however, this method may be distracted and lose the emotional content.

Simultaneous interpretation involves the use of specialized equipment with the interpreter in a soundproof booth and the listeners wearing special infrared or radio earphones. The speaker will use a microphone that is linked to the interpreter and almost simultaneously, the messages conveyed will be translated into Vietnamese.

Desktop Publishing and Graphics

We offer you a wide range of desktop publishing and graphics services. We can help you define and launch your corporate identity, design presentations, streamline your company forms and provide copywriting support and presentation development for brochures.

Documents such as brochures, print ads, manuals, presentations, newsletters, packaging and business cards are formated according to your specifications. Provide your file in English in any PC or MacOS application and we will replace the English text with the Vietnamese text, leaving all formatting features intact.
