Quality Control

GBS is the first translation company in Vietnam applying the ISO. It is policy of the company to operate a written system with documented procedures for quality management in compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.

Our translation process is as follows:

1. Orders are received by e-mail, fax, mail or courier.
    
2. The document for translation is carefully reviewed to determine the subject matter, complexity, and length of the text.
    
3. The cost for translation services is estimated.
    
4. A qualified and professional chief translator is assigned to each client.
    
5. A team of engineers and proofreaders is assigned to each project.
    
6. Upon completion of the first draft, proofreaders review the text at least twice, once for contents and layout, and once for grammar and fluency.
    
7. The corrections are introduced and the proofreaders re-check the translation to ensure that all changes have been properly implemented.
    
8. Final check (punctuation, orthography, style) is implemented by a third expert. The finished product is ready for delivery in any of several file formats, as requested by the client.
